Frank Kraatz CEO f.kraatz@wpd.de Frank is responsible for all operations of wpd businesses in the US market. He has 20+ years experience in the renewable energy industry and holds a Masters equivalent degree in Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Darmstadt. He has demonstrated history in developing, building and implementing wind and solar projects in excess of 1 GW_AC to production. This project experience spans internationally across 23 countries, including the United States. Frank brings an extensive range of knowledge and experience from all factions of business and is an expert negotiator with transactions and partnerships from all possible sides of the table.

Niclas Fritsch CFO n.fritsch@wpd.de Niclas has overall responsibility for wpd’s global solar activities including the US. He is a renewable energy professional with 15+ years experiences in business development, project development, structuring corporates and project finance in various countries. He is a highly credible, battle tested Executive, with a proven track record and extensive experience in misc. European markets, Asia, Canada and the domestic U.S. market. Strong interest in renewable energies, storage solutions and other areas of clean tech sector.

Melf Lorenzen Director Deutsche Windtechnik Inc. melf.lorenzen@deutsche-windtechnik.com Holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Business Management from the Nordakademie graduate school in Hamburg. Led the Spanish entity of Deutsche Wintechnik for 3.5 years prior to moving to the US to build up the US market presence as a business vertical to wpd offering Operation and Maintenance services to clean power asset owners.
